Double Diamond method is a standard process used by Karuna Solution company for UX design. It breaks down complex design problems into four manageable stages: Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver. Our team conducts research, gathers data, and defines user needs during the Discover stage. The Define stage involves creating user personas, journey maps to clearly define design challenges. In Develop, we generate ideas and test concepts to find the best solution. Finally, the Deliver stage focuses on creating detailed design specs and launching the final product. The method ensures effective and user-centered designs for our clients.
